TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our goal is to provide quality RV tours to masons and their families. We strive to provide the best value in the RV Tour industry. The following terms and conditions will give customers (hereinafter called “travelers”) a clearer understanding of what they can expect when touring with Masonic RV Tours, LLC. We will organize and conduct the tour, make prior arrangements and reservations to provide the “best value” itinerary along the route of travel. All RV park fees are included as well as admissions to attractions listed in the tour itinerary.

Masonic RV Tours endeavors to use clean, modern campgrounds with electric, water and sewage hookups. Some campgrounds, however, may have limited accommodations. We do our very best to not let this happen at two locations consecutively. Wagon masters brief travelers every travel day and inform them of road conditions, weather and accommodations along the route. Masonic RV Tours may change the itinerary to avoid weather, smoke/fire, flood or other conditions beyond our control. Caravans are limited to 25 rigs, and tours fill quickly in an order based on the date deposits are received. We therefore must reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.Wagon masters and tail gunners are independent contractors, and not employees.

Travelers are required to have adequate vehicle insurance and assume all risks of accident, injury, death, or damages to others, themselves or property. Travelers will be required to sign a waiver and release agreement no later than the tour rendezvous date. Further, they agree to hold harmless and indemnify Masonic RV Tours, LLC, our contractors, all Free and Accepted Masonic Grand Lodges, Subordinate Lodges and local Masonic Lodges and their facilities from all liability, damage claims, or other demands.

A non-mason and family may travel on a tour, as a guest, if hosted by an attending Mason, and the tour has not been filled by qualifying Masons. Hosted guests will be placed on a waiting list until 60 days prior to rendezvous. Names on the waiting list transfer, in sign-up order, to the touring list 60 days prior to rendezvous to fill the 25 rig caravan.

Proper conduct and Masonic etiquette is expected. Travelers and their guests failing to conform to an appropriate standard of behavior may be asked to leave the tour and receive a pro-rated refund.*

Photographs and videotapes taken on the tour may be freely shared with other travelers and may be used by Masonic RV Tours for publicity and/or advertising purposes without written permission or compensation.

For tour interruptions due to medical reasons, family emergency or mechanical breakdown, a pro-rated refund* will be paid 30 days after the tour’s completion. If a traveler departs from the tour for any other reason refunds will not be considered. By prior arrangement and approval of the Wagonmaster, travelers may leave the tour at any point for personal reasons and rejoin at another location without penalties or refunds.

RESERVATION POLICY

Deposits of $300 are required to hold reservations on tours. Final Payment is due 60 days before the tour rendezvous date or as stated on our registration form. If a reservation (booking) is made within 60 days of the tour departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

If a tour fails to have a minimum of 12 rigs four months prior to the scheduled departure date Masonic RV Tours, LLC has the right to cancel the tour and will make full refunds to all those who previously registered.

Cannot be used as a portion of deposit.

REFUND POLICY

60 days notice prior to tour rendezvous date 100% Refund

30-60 days notice prior to tour rendezvous date. All but $100 (admin fee)
30 days or less prior to tour departure date. Refund minus $100 Admin fee & nonrefundable fees due vendors

*pro-rated refunds are calculated by multiplying the daily tour price by number of days left in tour. $100 administration fee will be deducted from the pro-rated refund.

HOSTED GUEST will receive a full refund if bumped from tour by a mason registering not later than 60 days prior to tour rendezvous date. See Terms and Conditions.
